Yes! We encourage you to bring your own gear, our only request is that all attendees are in Snow Peak Tents. These can either be brought, rented from us for a small rental fee, or purchased beforehand from Field Theory or Snow Peak!

We will have a Coffee and Small Breakfast items program in the mornings, and have a family style meal on Friday night together along with a Demonstration.
All other meals are not provided. You are more than welcome to camp and cook, and there are several restaurants just steps away from the premises in downtown Hermann.

Each tent holds 2 people. If you are planning to reserve as a group and plan to rent a tent, Please get one ticket for the Admission + Tent ($190), and book another as Admission + No Tent ($160).

Yes! Campers of all ages are encouraged to attend this family-friendly event! Children under 3 years of age do not count towards site head-count and are free.
Children 3-12 are more than welcome to join for a discounted ticket rate. If you are interested in bringing along children, please send us an email so we can add to the reservation. (store@fieldtheory.us)

There will be no showers or “flush toilets” at the campsire, so please plan accordingly. However, there will be one or two centralized areas with portapotties.

Yes! We kindly ask that all campers bring or rent a Snow Peak tent for this event. Beyond that, campers are absolutely welcome to bring their personal camping gear to build the rest of their site.

Yes, you will need to bring your camping gear, including cookware, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, several layers of clothing (i.e. rain jacket, fleece sweater, etc.) - anything to help make this a memorable and comfortable camping event.
Please know that Snow Peak staff will provide some chairs for seating during Takibi Time. However, we recommend bringing a camp chair to hang out near your campsite when you are not socializing with other campers.

In the instance where you are unable to attend the event, we are happy to offer a full refund 14 days prior to the event.
If, however, you are unable to attend the event after this date, we will not be able to refund you.

Unfortunately, no. However, you are more than welcome to shop with Field Theory prior to the event. We will also have a Snow Peak Pop-up on-site where you can purchase gear during the event.
